Guangzhou: Humen Port Group announced that it has transferred its 15% equity in Humen Topship Petrochemical Terminal to Topsafe Petrochemical Logistics for RMB32.67m.
After the transaction, CNPC still holds 51% equity in the terminal, Topship Chemical and Topsafe Petrochemical Logistics holds the remaining 34% and 15% respectively. [28/05/13]
