Shanghai: The Dutch owner Vroon has secured financing from ABN Amro and the Export-Import Bank of China (CEXIM) for some of its ships being built in China. Vroon has a total of 22 offshore related vessels under construction in China at the moment, due for delivery all the way through to 2016. [03/12/13]
