Singapore: Wilmar International have ordered two 35800dwt bulkers from Qingshan Shipyard, with delivery due from the second half of 2013.
In the overall gloomy environment of the shipbuilding industry, Qingshan Shipyard has bucked the trend and received 10 newbuild orders in the first half of this year with a total contract value of RMB2bn. Currently Qingshan Shipyard has orders of 32 vessels on hand with a total contract value of RMB4.89bn. [29/08/12]
