Guangzhou: Xiamen Port announced that Ministry of Commerce and NDRC have approved the setup of a joint venture between four of its subsidiaries.
Xiamen Port Haitian Container Terminal Co, Xiamen Xiangyu Logistics Co, Xiamen Guomao Group and New World (Xiamen) Port Investments will be consolidated into a new joint venture Xiamen Port Container Terminal Group.
Xiamen Port reported a net profit of RMB63.6m in the first three quarters of this year. [06/12/13]
