ZPMC awarded wind farm EPCI contract

Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC) has secured an offshore engineering contract from the operator of Datang Jiangsu Binhai Wind Farm.

Under the contract scope, ZPMC will be responsible for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of wind turbines for the wind farm, which has total designed capacity of 300 MW.

Last month, ZPMC’s 50/50 joint venture Longyuan Zhenhua Marine Engineering won an EPC contract for the development of Guangdong Yudean Zhanjiang Wailuo offshore wind farm, and placed an order at ZPMC for the construction of an offshore wind turbine installation platform.
