Oslo: Norwegian boxship operator SinOceanic, controlled by Sinindo Holdings, an affiliate of China’s HNA Group, will delist from the Oslo bourse. The HNA group has moved to take 100% control of the shipping line forcing through a compulsory buyout of the shares it does not own. [28/06/13]
