Hong Kong: The line up for next week’s latest SinoShip Dry Bulk Business Breakfast is complete with news just out that one of the world’s best-known analysts, Dr Martin Stopford, has agreed to speak. Stopford, the president of Clarkson Resarch, will join a strong line up of panellists on stage at Hong Kong’s Foreign Correspondents’ Club on Wednesday, 19 November at the event sponsored by DVB Bank and Rightship. Other speakers include Kenneth Koo, chairman of local shipowner TCC Group, as well as Rightship’s Warwick Norman and Abhishek Mittal from DVB Bank.
The networking breakfast will look at when overcapacity in the various bulk sectors will dissipate and what lessons can be learned from the downturn. On top of that, there will be a look at green shipping.
