One found, search and rescue continues for missing barge crew

Singapore: The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) continues search and rescue operations for the remaining four missing crew members of the capsized barge Heng Hong 168.
 
Heng Hong 168 capsized in Singapore waters about three nautical miles west of Horsburgh Lighthouse on Thursday morning. 
 
Yesterday, Tanjung Uban Port Authority reported that one crew member was found alive drifting off Bintan island early yesterday morning and taken to hospital in Bintan. 
 
The barge's Malaysian agent is making arrangements to tow the barge back to Malaysia. [23/12/13]
