Kuala Lumpur: A subsidiary of Global Carriers, Global TS, has received a winding up order. Liquidation of the subsidiary will take place at the behest of the High Court of Malaya.
Global TS defaulted on an outstanding payment of RM62,864.
“Global TS is a not major subsidiary of the company and the total cost of investment in Global TS is RM100,000,” Global Carriers said in a release to the local stock exchange. [14/03/14]
