Arcadia Shipmanagement books up to four aframaxes at Dalian

Greece’s Arcadia Shipmanagement has been linked to more tanker orders about a month after signing up for a pair of suezmax newbuilds in South Korea.

The Athens-based tanker outfit has contracted Dalian Shipbuilding in China for the construction of two scrubber-fitted aframaxes at $63m each, according to brokers.

The deal will see the 115,000 dwt ships delivered in the second half of 2026 and comes with options for two additional units.

Arcadia has six suezmaxes and four aframaxes in its fleet. The company recently booked two 158,000 dwt crude carriers for construction at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, marking its first newbuilds since March 2015.
