上海：随着中国股市的持续下跌，中国政府正在努力挽救市场。中国证监会要求上市公司的母公司合作稳定股市，维持或增加对上市子公司的股份。
中国航运业，造船业和海工业的主要企业，中远，中船重工，中船工业，中石油，中海油，招商局，中外运长航都表示在未来六个月不会出售上市公司的股份。
中海计划投资3.05亿元增持上市子公司的股份，这两家公司为中海发展和中海集运。
大连港，连云港港，日照港也宣布母公司会增持其股份。
