中昌海运涉嫌内幕交易高管被罚

上海：上交所上市的中昌海运在2014年的重组交易中涉及内幕交易，公司母公司的一位高管被罚，据广东证监局的消息。

蔡小华，中昌海运控股股东三盛宏业的总经理，在中昌海运潜在的重组交易中有非法股票买卖行为。中昌海运重组计划于2014年5月开始，在8月被终止。

蔡由于非法交易被罚款三万元。

中昌海运预计两年连续亏损，公司股票面临交易限制。
