香港：中海船舶将收购江西中石油昆仑天然气公司47%的股份。
China Ocean LNG, 中海船舶的间接全资子公司，将从三亚成大投资收购江西燃气23%的股份，从南昌富帮管道天然气收购江西燃气24%的股份，价格为1878万元和1959万元。
中海船舶希望通过此举扩展业务领域，并进入长江流域的天然气业务。
公司还在寻求在能源物流领域的潜在发展机会。
