上海：中船工业今天发表声明正式否认合并传闻，另一家涉及到的中船重工也在今天发表了相似的声明。
中船工业表示集团并没有收到任何关于合并的官方消息，公司也没有与任何政府部门讨论过关于合并的意向。
这两家造船企业本周交换了管理层，为合并带来了更多猜测。不过国有企业高层交换在中国很常见，中远和中海的高层在四年前也有过交换。
