大连：中国北方主要港口天津港，将投资160亿元用于开发港口基础设施项目，以推进天津新自贸区的发展。
这笔资金将用于码头建设，航道疏通以及增加配套设施。
天津新自贸区，预计在3月正式开幕，占地面积为120平方千米，天津港占据四分之一。
天津港去年完成5.4亿吨货物吞吐量以及1400万标箱集装箱吞吐量。
