舜天船舶宣布公司向深交所申请延长股票停牌时间，公司还需要一些时间制定重整计划。
船厂从8月6日起暂停股票交易。公司表示就明德的清盘与管理人有分歧，公司不确定有多少债务需要追讨。
同时，船厂表示公司正在进行2014年财政报告审计。之前由于会计公司无法出具审计意见，公司股票于今年四月被深交所限制交易，舜天船舶称公司如果2015年再次出现这种状况，将面临下市风险，公司正在努力避免。
舜天船舶已经申请恢复股票交易以及在2016年2月6日宣布重整计划。
