上海：舜天船舶宣布公司面临风险不能交付Precious Shipping的两艘64，000dwt散货船，这可能会造成两家公司之间的仲裁。
Precious Shipping在2014年4月在舜天船舶订购了10艘64，000dwt散货船。公司5月份曾拒绝接收其中的两艘，认为船舶质量不达标。
舜天船舶称在南通明德重工有散货船在建订单的船东已经给船厂发布通知取消订单，原因为船厂不能按时交船。
舜天之前称由于重组进程，公司面临不能完成明德重工32艘新造船合同的风险。
