上海：舜天船舶宣布董事会收到总经理王军民和副总李玖的辞职信。
在江苏银行的要求下，昨天南京人民法院宣布冻结公司三名主要股东的价值3亿元的资产用于解决贷款问题，包括王军民和李玖，以及曹春华。
上周，由于违反披露规则，深圳证券交易所算处分了舜天船舶的五名高管，包括王军民，李玖，以及曹春华。
王和李曾经担任公司总裁和总经理的职位，在2014年受母公司安排降职。
