Peterson extends Havila Shipping PSV pair

Norway’s Havila Shipping has secured more work from energy industry logistics provider Peterson Den Helder for two of its platform supply vessels.

An affiliate of Peterson Offshore has declared options for the 2009-built Havila Borg and Havila Herøy extending their employment until April 2024.

Last month, Havila Shipping also won a contract with Equinor for the 2011-built PSV Havila Clipper. The contract is for a firm period of six months and includes two options of two months each.

The Fosnavåg-based firm operates a fleet of 17 vessels, including 11 PSVs, of which four are owned externally one owned 50% and not consolidated.
