上海：处于财政困境中的舜天船舶宣布Precious Shipping拒绝接收两艘64，000载重吨散货船，两家公司可能需要申请法律仲裁。
Precious Shipping 2014年4月在舜天船舶订购了两艘船，舜天船舶在2015年3月通知Precious Shipping在4月17和24日交船，但是，Precious Shipping拒绝接收，认为船舶质量没有达标。
同时，舜天船舶表示公司面临不能完成32艘新造船合同中部分船舶的风险，这些船在明德重工建造。
